    Since I prefer to ride my bike alone, I spent a long time looking for a way to transport it by car without having to lift it. Suddenly, my dreams came true. I saw your article on MDR. I was immediately completely thrilled and absolutely had to have this wonderful device, as I don't have a tow bar on my leased car either. I wanted to save the cost of a tow bar that wouldn't fit my next car. That's exactly why your lifter came in handy, and I ordered it immediately.

    My enthusiasm increased even further when the lifter arrived and in my eyes it is THE invention of the century because it is just as easy to lift the bike onto the roof of the car as it is shown in the video.
    For me, it now means pure freedom, because from now on I can take my bike with me everywhere in my car, thus enormously expanding my radius. On the road, I repeatedly meet curious people with the same question:
    How do I, as a woman, get the heavy bike onto the roof of the car and back down again? Then I demonstrate this ingenious lift, and the spectators are just as impressed as I am. It's always great fun. 😉

Thank you for the Ebike lifter recently received. I was immediately impressed by the quality of the engineering and thorough packaging.
I loaded up my RadRunner-3 Plus (30kg battery removed) with the help of my local Thule local roof-rack specialist, who was as interested as I was to see it in action. We weren't disappointed!
He now wants to become a UK supplier and will contact you.
This is a genius product - easy to fit and operate, and very secure. Even driving at motorway speeds there is no noise. I
think it is a better option than the normal towbar and bike rack method of transport (cheaper, too) and is ideal for me as my car, a Mini Cooper S, cannot be fitted with a towbar.

Thanks to the ebikelifter our problem is solved: transporting two e-bikes with a Suzuki Ignis:
Both the support load on a trailer hitch and the roof load are limited to 50 kg (at least in Switzerland), so they are only enough for one e-bike each.
For us, riding e-bikes together means quality of life, but since we live in the mountains, we still have to climb at least 500 meters at the end of each ride. After long tours, the power or energy in our legs is no longer enough for that. Even after work, we are often happy not to have to pedal up the mountain anymore.
The option of "one bike on the trailer hitch, one on the roof" is officially permitted in Switzerland. We checked this with the road traffic authority.

Hey Pender Team,
We tow a trailer with a Chevy pickup truck so we needed a solution for taking our heavy e-bikes on our camping trips. Every alternative we looked into had problems due primarily to the weight of our bikes (50 pounds each without the batteries). My wife searched the internet for ideas and finally came across the Pender Website. With no other viable alternative we decided to order 2 ebikelifters. They weren't inexpensive and I was a little worried that they wouldn't work on my Yakima rack and truck. They took about 8 weeks to be delivered but I was very impressed with the packaging. I installed them last weekend. The instructions were good and the qualification of the product was exactly what I expected from a German company (high quality). Time will tell how the hold up over time and usage but so far, so good. I also have to commend you on excellent customer service. I've emailed twice and received immediate and very helpful responses.

I must say that I have been impressed with the service and the quality of the bike lifter. I have been trying to device my own system to lift my e-bikes onto my van and was pleased when I found your product on the internet. (Safari search). I have staggered the lifts so that they don't interfere with each other. I was hoping to use my existing bike racks in conjunction with the lifters but I am cramped for room on the door rack. I am closing pictures on how I have installed them on my van

Hello Mr Wegner, converting your lifter to our tandem format worked out great! A friend helped me with the grinding and drilling. It was actually a manageable amount of work. Since yesterday we have been on holiday with the tandem on the roof and are very impressed by how safe and problem-free the transport is. Thank you very much for the great advice.
