Important NOTE:
Due to delays in material delivery and the high number of orders, the delivery time is currently approx. 4-6 weeks. As soon as more precise delivery times are determined, we will inform you immediately.
Roof racks (basic racks) are vehicle-specific and not included in the scope of delivery.
The PENDER ebike lifter fits on any standard roof rack!
A pair of star grip locking nuts for locking the ebike lifter are included.
Shipping takes place via DHL. The shipping price includes a €35 packaging fee.
For logistical reasons, we kindly ask you to only place single orders if you are interested in buying multiple units from non-EU countries, as this does not affect the shipping costs or the total price.
ATTENTION: Any costs incurred for delivery outside Germany are the VAT of the respective country. The German VAT has already been deducted at the time of payment. Customs duties may also be incurred.

The transport costs are calculated based on the package size per ebike lifter.
For shipping outside of Europe, we ask that you contact us in advance by email.
Collection in Bochum is also possible on request.
